2:25 PM – Bus Boarding Begins at Dunedin Railway Station

If you are taking the complimentary guest bus, please arrive for boarding by this time.

 

2:40 PM – Bus Departs Promptly

Don’t be late! The bus will leave right on time to ensure everyone makes it to the venue before the bride.

 

3:00 PM – Guest Arrival at Lochend Woolshed

For guests driving themselves, arrival opens now. Grab a complimentary welcome drink and enjoy the view.

 

3:20 PM – Please Take Your Seats

4:00 PM – Cake Cutting & Coffee Cart Opens

Coffee, tea, and wedding cake are served right after the ceremony.

 

4:15 PM – Group & Family Photos

We will gather everyone together on the lawn for a quick group photo and family portraits.

 

4:45 PM – Cocktail &

Grazing Hour

While the bridal party slips away for portraits around the property, please enjoy the grazing platters, frozen slushies, and punch bowl inside the woolshed.

 

6:30 PM – Grand Entrance & Banquet Dinner

Find your seats as we welcome the newlyweds! A delicious banquet-style dinner will be served, with speeches and toasts flowing casually throughout the meal.

 

7:10 PM – Speeches

7:30 PM – Dance Floor Opens

Time to kick off your heels (or block shoes!) and party.

 

11:00 PM – Inside Wrap-Up & Sparkler Send-Off

The music winds down inside as we head outdoors for a sparkler farewell to the bride and groom.

 

11:15 PM – Venue Closes & Return Bus Departs

The complimentary bus departs Lochend Woolshed to take everyone back to the Dunedin Railway Station.
